Thaumaturge Cat is also useful for stalling Manic Mohawk Cat, as she can weaken him, allowing your meatshields to live longer.
Long Distance and Wave Attackers are very useful here, as they can hit the enemies behind Manic Mohawk Cat, preventing them from stacking. Warlock & Pierre or other Target Only Units like Takeda Shingen could be used to cheese the level as well with enough stacking. You could in theory use Eraser to cheese the stage along with Li'l Eraser on the initial peons, but this takes far too long and far few levels to be helpful. Naturally, your Eraser Cat should also be at least level 20+23. That may not sound like much, but it dramatically reduces his ability to push.
The single most important thing to have when playing this stage is Crazed Wall Cat at level 24 or with unit defense up combos, which has enough health to survive a hit from Manic Mohawk Cat.
